The 2023 Clos du Bourg Demi-Sec exemplifies the vintage with 13.5% alcohol, slightly higher than the Le Mont counterpart. Aromas of sweet quince, yellow plum, beeswax, honeycomb, chalky minerality, lanolin, and citrus blossoms shine through. The palate is bright, full-bodied, and balanced, with a vibrant fruit core, subtle honey tones, fresh acidity, and a long, succulent finish. Domaine Huët, a leading name in Vouvray and one of the world's top Chenin Blanc producers, has farmed its 35 hectares biodynamically since 1990.
