The medium-bodied palate features honeyed fruits, oxidative walnut tones, and a briny, refreshing acidity, culminating in a long, textural finish.\nThe grapes were foot-treaded and soaked on the skins for 9 days before being fermented with native yeast in old French oak barrels. Aged on lees for 8 months, this wine was bottled with minimal sulfur and no fining or filtration.
